We are searching for a Service Desk Manager to join our client in South East London.
Role: Service Desk Manager / IT Helpdesk Manager
- Managing and directing the daily activities of the department.
- Planning, and managing functions concerning the Service Desk operational environment.
- Manage up to 20 direct reports currently working remotely ( A mix of 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd line IT Support engineers & Team Leaders)
- Development of service desk processes in line with ITIL best practices. Incident, major incident, service fulfilment, access management, problem, change and event.
