Avaya Telephony Analyst

Our Partner, a large Retail Business that have stores across the UK are seeking an Avaya Telephony Analyst to join their team in Reading. The Successful Avaya Telephony Analyst will be responsible for installing and maintaining the Avaya IP Office telephony system, versions 2/3 up to 9.1

 
Skills Sought:

 

  • Implementing, installing and supporting connectivity solutions 
  • Installing and maintaining telephony systems (Avaya IP Office) 
  • Working on the support desk troubleshooting customers both internal and external 
  • Previous experience in a similar role and will have strong working knowledge of Avaya IP Office.
  • Good working knowledge of voice and data networking
  • Certifications such as Avaya AIPS, ACCS or Mitel MCA, MCP.
