Desktop Support Engineer

£30,000 - £35,000 +Benefits

Our Partner, a leading player in the UK Hospitality Sector are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team based in Reading. The Successful Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for manging tickets that have been escalated by the 1st line team. The current 2nd line team have a 90% resolution rate, any tickets that require additional attention must be escalated to the 3rd line team.
