Our Client Partner, a global Financial Professional Services business operating in the UK's "Silicon Valley" in Reading, requires a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their IT team. The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be providing Desktop Support / 1 st and 2 nd line Support to the UK and Europe.
- Experience working in an IT Support role at a 1 st and 2nd Line level
- Supporting business applications on Windows Server
- Active Directory management
- MS Windows 10/Windows 7
- MS Office 2016 / Office 365 Support
- Email Support - (Exchange / 365)
- Citrix or Terminal Services
- Mimecast support or similar
- Acting as the escalation point to Coordinate professional and timely responses to IT issues and requests .
- Using initiative to provide business solutions, ensuring effective communication of status and progress to all customers in line with agreed SLA's
