ZenTech Talent is working with an established London Managed Service Provider looking for a Senior Projects Engineer / Technical Consultant to join its senior engineering team. This is a genuine technical delivery role. Around 55% of your time will be focused on project design and implementation, with a further 35% spent proactively working with customers to improve their technology environments. Only around 10% is allocated to senior Service Desk escalation and mentoring.
