Our Partner, a leading IT Consultancy are seeking a Senior Linux Consultant  / Senior Linux Systems Engineer to develop and manage their Linux services capability in Bristol. The successful Senior Linux Consultant  / Senior Linux Systems Engineer /Linux Subject Matter expert will have come from a technical background and be able to demonstrate team management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities / Skills Required: Senior Linux Consultant / Senior Linux Systems Engineer

• Manage a team of 12 Linux engineers providing Professional and Support services. This person will be the Technical Desighn Authority for the Linux Function. 
• Working with large companies / enterprise environments
• Tale ownerships and lead the development of a Private Enterprise Cloud Linux community.
• Develop and drive the Linux services offerings within the Professional and Support services areas.
• Create and support Linux services methods and model supporting sales in winning new business.
• Lead the development of process and system evolution relating to Linux Services
• Develop and lead a strong Linux Services team. Attracting and retaining the right people
• Enterprise Linux (Red Hat derivatives such as RHEL, Centos, Oracle Linux)
• Work in a Flexible / mature working environment
