1st Line Support /Service Desk Analyst/ Desktop Support Engineer - 6 month Fixed Term contract - Central London £25,000 - £30,000 (Pro Rata)

Our Partner, an IT Professional Services Company are seeking a 1st Line Support /Service Desk Analyst /Help Desk Analyst /Desktop Support Engineer  to join their team in Central London on a 6 month Fixed Term contract.

The successful 1st Line Support /Service Desk Analyst /Help Desk Analyst /Desktop Support Engineer will process support requests and ensure they are responded to in a professional and timely manner, within agreed future OLAs

Skills Required: 

  • Demonstrable experience in a IT/Desktop support role
  • Microsoft Windows 7/10
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2012
  • Active Directory 
  • Mail Support Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 / Outlook 
  • Microsoft office 2013 – 2016 (Office 365)
  • SCCM administration tool
  • Support mobile devices - iOS and Android)
  • Laptop Support
  • Ability to work independently when required and have excellent proven problem solving skills
