Helpdesk Manager / Service Desk Manager / Desktop Support Manager – London £40,000 - £50,000

Our Partner, A Managed Service Provider in Central London are currently seeking a Helpdesk Manager / Service Desk Manager / Desktop Support Manager to join their team on a permanent basis offering a salary in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Responsibilities/Required Skills: 

  • To lead a team of up to 18, 1st – 3rd Line Helpdesk / Service Desk / Desktop Support Analysts
  • Set expectations and manage, monitor, coach and develop team members.
  • Lead, develop and motivate the Help Desk / Service Desk / Desktop Support Team
  • Manage the ticket queue and ensure priority tickets are identified and actioned according to agreed service levels
  • Experience with Incident/Problem Management.
  • Act as a technical escalation point if required. The majority of the role will be very much management/leadership
  • IT Services / Managed Service Industry experience is a must.
