1st Line Support Engineer

£80 - £100 Per Day

Our Partner, a large Housing Association are seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team on a 3 month contract based in Birmingham. The Successful 1st Line Support Engineer will be working on a busy Helpdesk providing remote and deskside support. Occasional travel to satellite offices will be required.

  • Active Directory
  • Outlook Support
  • Group policy
  • DNS
  • DHCP
  • Windows XP,7, 8.1, and 10
  • MS Office 2007-2016 and 365
  • Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012
  • Supporting Apple products including OSX within a school environment.
  • The administration of wireless systems
  • Professional Technical Certifications from Microsoft, HP, Cisco, VMware or other IT vendors.
