Hybrid working from home and some office | Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Our Partner, a leading Engineering company are seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer | Service Desk Analyst | Help Desk Analyst | Desktop Support Engineer to join their team based in Uxbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some demonstrable commercial 2nd Line, Service Desk or Help Desk support experience to join a forward thinking business that will invest in your future career.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer/ Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst will support users, remotely and in person working collaboratively as part of a wider team.

· 1st & 2nd line Support / Desktop Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk Support
· Active Directory User management
· Mail Support - / 365 / Connectivity to Outlook/ Exchange / Public Folders etc.
· Microsoft Windows 10
· Understanding of PC Hardware and Software Set-up and Configuration
· PC and Laptop Builds / imaging of Laptops
· Mobile Device Management iPhone, Android, Windows mobile
· Microsoft Office 365 & 2019
· Understanding of ITIL Principles
· Windows Server and SCCM experience desirable but not essential
