2nd line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst – Manchester - £25,000 + Bens + Bonus

Our Partner, operating in the IT Managed Service Sector are seeking a 2nd line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst to support to provide 2nd line technical support within the Microsoft operating & application arena along with essential general system administration tasks.

The Successful 2nd line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst will be resolving technical support tickets as part of a team on a busy Service Desk.

SKILLS: 

  • Microsoft Desktop Support Experience
  • Administering & supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012
  • Administering & supporting Office365
  • Administering & supporting Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2016
  • Networking Experience (routers, switches & firewalls)
  • Network Administration & Data Backup Technologies
  • Networking Support & DNS
