Our Partner, in the Aviation industry are seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to join their team in West London. The Successful Senior Application Support Analyst will be responsible for resolving any application issues that cannot be fixed by 1st/2nd line support.
- Expert knowledge of SQL Server
- Expert Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
- Supporting over 100 applications ranging from enterprise applications that were developed in house or by 3rd party to bespoke reports and spreadsheets
- Document and share Problem Management resolutions to increase number of first time fixes within 1st/2nd Line Support
- Undertake analysis of Incidents/Problems
- Accurate recording of Incident/Problems within Service Desk system
- Resolving incidents and problems in accordance with the Service Level Targets
