Our Partner, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) are seeking a Service Desk 1st Line Support Technician to join their team based in London. The Service Desk 1st Line Support Technician should have a can-do attitude with a team player ethos. The ability to problem solve with an excellent understanding of IT Support, and customer service skills is imperative.

Skills Sought:

 

  • PC / Laptop hardware including
  • MAC Support
  • Windows 7 OS, MAC OS & the MS Office suite for both
  • Windows 2008/2012 Server
  • Active directory
  • Group policy
  • Working on a service desk
  • Working with an IT outsourcing provider would be advantageous
  • Managing technology migration projects would be advantageous
