1st Line Support | 3 Month Contract | £100 - £105 per day | London
Our Client Partner, operating in the heart of the City of London, requires two 1st Line Support Engineers to join their IT team for an initial 3-month contract
Basic Experience:
- Experience working in a 1st Line / Desktop / Helpdesk Support Role
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Active Directory
- MS Windows 10/Windows 7
- MS Office 2016 / Office 365
- Email Support
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate professional and timely responses to IT issues and requests acting as 1st tier support by using initiative to provide business solutions, ensuring effective communication of status and progress to all customers in line with agreed SLA’s
- Allocation of call tickets to colleagues and 3rd party partners and escalations to management team in accordance with defined processes
