Our Partner, a leading Media organisation are seeking a 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer to join their team based in London. The 1st line Helpdesk Engineer will be working collaboratively as part of a large team of IT support professionals responsible for supporting 700 users across the EMEA Region.

  • Maintain hardware and software inventory

  • Update documentation and user guides
  • Microsoft Office

  • Handheld Device Support - Mobile Phones and iPads
