Our Partner, an international Software Company requires an Application Support Analyst to join their existing team in Leeds.  

The successful Application Support Analyst will be responsible for remotely supporting the company’s software for 1000’s of users UK wide.

Essential Skills:

  • Very strong trouble shooter
  • Supporting Windows XP and Windows 7
  • USB Hardware trouble shooting experience
  • Remote access (RAS / VPN)
  • Good Knowledge and trouble shooting skills in TCP/IP
  • Trouble shooting Windows Server 2003/2008R2
  • SQL Server 2005 and upwards
  • SCCM
  • Customer Facing / Excellent communication skills
  • Highly Desirable – Any experience in the Medical or Legal Sector
