Our Client-Partner a leading Engineering company operating in the defence sector is seeking an IT Support Technician / 2 nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.

The IT Support Technician / 2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for providing effective customer IT Support covering all aspects of IT software and hardware.

Skills: IT Support Engineer| 2nd Line Support Engineer

• Microsoft Windows 10
• Build & deploy various client devices such as desktop and laptop PC's, mobile devices
• Mobile Device Management
• Microsoft Office 0365 & 2019
• Understanding of ITIL Principles
• Knowledge and experience of IT security technologies, processes, and policies
• Currently working in a 2nd line Support / Desktop Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk Support role
• MCP certifications would be desirable.
