Responsibilities: Head of Customer Success | SaaS | 110k base Bonus | London / Remote

 

    • You will be responsible for creating & buildingthe customer-success function
    • Engage with each customers on an appropriate regular basis to build long term relationships
    • Build a blue sheet and an account plan for each of the accounts to achieve the targeted growth
    • Ensure that any existing projects and deployments are in the best state possible
    • Build a network or contacts at all levels including working up the hierarchy and using internal executive support
    • Identify all possible opportunities to expand the existing product deployment to more users, server or apps
    • Keep close visibility on current deployments to ensure there is no unexpected churn as apps are deprecated and that new growth exceeds and attrition within each customer
    • Work with all customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
    • Work with marketing to build case studies for all customers, with public reference where possible or anonymised where this is not permitted by the customer
    • Work with the finance team and the sales operations lead on the administration process of renewals
    • You will line manage the relevant sales operations lead ensuring they support the needs of customer renewals and expansions across both products
