Our Partner, an IT Professional Services Company are seeking a 1st Line Support /Service Desk Analyst /Help Desk Analyst /Desktop Support Engineer  to join their team in Bristol

The successful 1st Line Support /Service Desk Analyst /Help Desk Analyst /Desktop Support Engineer will get involved in a range of services and technologies including Windows Server 2008 / 2012/2016, VMware, Exchange, Citrix, 365, Active Directory management, Linux, Networking, and Storage.

 

Skills Required: 1st Line Support /Service Desk Analyst /Help Desk Analyst /Desktop Support Engineer

An understanding of some the following:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
  • Microsoft Windows 7/Windows 8 / 10
  • Citrix XenDesktop / Citrix XenApp
  • VMware
  • Telephony support (any vendor)  
  • Lenovo/ HP/Kyocera/Avaya (hardware)
  • Android/Apple mobile devices
  • Mimecast
  • Sophos Anti-Virus
  • OSI Layer
  •  Switches / Routers/ Firewalls (basic/theory - training provided)
